Management
Team
Ray
Ricks - CEO
After 18 years in financial services,
where he focused on security and privacy concerns, Mr. Ricks founded
eCenturion. He saw the obvious parallels between emerging
regulatory environments such as Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLBA), Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Sarbanes-Oxley
Act (SOX) and the experience he had leading efforts in largest bank
in the world. He felt those affected industries could benefit greatly
from the security and privacy process that banks had matured
through.
During his tenure at Citibank,
he was responsible for developing and implementing security &
privacy standards, global fraud investigations and Identity Theft
counter measures. Mr. Ricks also intiated the effort with the credit
card associations to truncate account numbers from ATM & merchant
receipts. He also stopped the outsourcing of call centers to prisons!
At Citibank's Technology Development
group he designed security protocols for encryption key generation
and key management with Citibanks SmartCard project. He also
managed data security with respect to hundreds of Citibanks
outsourcing partners. He later directed business development at
Arcanvs, a software company specializing in Digital Certificate
technology.
Mr. Ricks served as well at eBay
where he was Director of Global Trust & Safety Strategy and
was responsible for the "next generation" trust &
fraud prevention model.
Mr. Ricks has also made contributions
as a member of NACHAs Electronic Check Council, Emerging Authorization
Technology Committee and previously was a member of the South Dakota
Attorney Generals Drug Policy Board. Currently, he is a member
of the Utah Attorney General's Identity Theft Task Force.

included coordinating with various law enforcement agencies including
state and local police, FBI, and Secret Service on security preparations
and incident forensics. Wayne personally supervised the information
security operations of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Andersen. While there, he helped to create and disseminate best

to make the technology work for the business, instead of making
the business work to support the technology. He has applied this
successfully in numerous organizations with amazing results.

from Arizona State University and a BS in Electrical and Computer
Engineering from Brigham Young University. He is Certified Information
Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Systems
